This page explains what information Fee.pe collects, how the platform uses it, and which cookies we use. We do not sell your personal information.
How the platform works
- Institutes, gyms and other businesses sign up on Fee.pe and manage their branches, courses, students or members, and staff.
- They record fees, instalments, expenses, exams and enquiries, and view reports.
- Fees and subscriptions can be paid online through Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay, not stored by Fee.pe.
- OTPs, fee receipts, fee reminders and other updates are sent on WhatsApp and email.
- Receipt links sent on WhatsApp are encrypted, so parents and students can view their receipt without logging in.
- Students, members and staff can only see what their login allows.
What we collect
- Institute account: name, institute name, email, mobile number, address, pincode, password and logo.
- Students and members: name, parent/guardian name, date of birth, address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, photo, course, fees, payments, receipts and exam results. This is entered by the institute.
- Staff: name, email, phone number, address and photo.
- Enquiries: name, phone number, email and notes.
- Payments: plan, order and payment details. For online fee collection, the institute’s business, PAN, GST and bank details.
- Contact and demo requests: name, email, phone number and message.
- Website usage: IP address, browser and pages visited.
